Great Times with Orlin Sorenson

Monday evening we welcomed 30 friends of Monsoon along with our co-host Orlin Sorenson of Woodinville Whiskey and members of Click Distributing for a special evening of whiskey sipping and paired food prepared by Eric and Sophie Banh. The food exceeded expectations with favorite pairings including the Duck Leg Confit with daikon cake and the Angels’s Share cocktail with Woodinville Whiskey White Dog, orchard pear liqueur and rhubarb bitters barrel aged in house and Cassava Cake with roasted Bosc pear paired with the caramel forward monsoon aged White Dog.
Orlin was a superb host, walking the group through the details of whiskey production with top-notch local ingredients as he tasted the fortunate imbibers on his breathtaking Rye, Bourbon and Harvest Release whiskeys. Our thanks go out to him and Click Distributing for helping with a wonderful event. Plans for future events are underway and we would love to see you there.
