Bò 7 Món: Seven Course Waygu Beef Dinner

May 16: Dusted Valley Wine Dinner

Join us for a spring dinner with Walla Walla’s Dusted Valley Vintners, recently named Washington Winery of the Year by Wine Press Northwest. Dusted Valley has made news from their inception in 2003 for being the first Washington winery to use screw caps on all their bottles and for introducing the use of extra-tight-grained Wisconsin Oak for their barrel-aged wines. Eric and Sophie Banh will create a delicious Vietnamese dinner paired wines from their notable collection of Chardonnay, Viognier, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre and lush blends.

Seattle Mag: Monsoon East Best of the Eastside Dining Explosion

Seattle Magazine says Monsoon East is “easily the most appealing addition to the Eastside this year.”

Monsoon East also picked up an award for Best Steamed Black Cod, a “silky black cod with chewy glass noodles, earthy lily buds and the salty punch of fermented black soy beans was an example of refined Chinese cooking at a level we’ve never experienced at any other Asian restaurant in town.”

Monsoon East will now deliver boxed lunches to your office five days a week. Vermicelli noodles are the highlight, house-made fresh daily, with several rice options and sides available too. This is not a cheap sandwich and a bag of chips. This is good food.
