<p>Rau muống is a semi-aquatic tropical plant grown as a leaf vegetable. It is known in English as Water Spinach, Water Morning Glory, Water Convolvulus, or by the more ambiguous names &#8220;Chinese spinach&#8221; and &#8220;swamp cabbage&#8221;. It is delicious!</p>
